If you’ve purchased one of our multi-bottle plans, such as 60 Days (2 bottles) or 90 Days (3 bottles), you may notice that your order lists more items than you expected, on your Order Status or Tracking page.
Please don't worry, you have not been overcharged, and this is completely normal.
Why does this happen?
To ensure your Heartheris supplements are packed and shipped perfectly, our system automatically breaks down larger bundles into their individual components for our fulfillment center.
For example, if you ordered a 90 Days (3 bottles) bundle, your order details may also show 3 individual bottles (or a total of 4 items in the order). These additional line items are shown for packing purposes only. You are not charged for these extra items.
This is simply how some orders are displayed so our warehouse knows exactly how many bottles to pack into your box accurately.
What does this mean for me?
You don't need to do a thing.
Rest assured, you will receive exactly the quantity you ordered, at the exact price you agreed to at checkout.
